July 2020/21 Shop Updates

COVID-19

Firstly, we'd like to thank all of our staff, customers and suppliers for their support for what has been a very strange few months for everyone. Whilst we are all adapting to a 'new' normal we'd like to reassure you that we take your safety very seriously. We'd like to reassure you that all our staff are maintaining a high degree of personal cleanliness and we have a system for managing food safety in place.

We ask that all customers also assist in keeping everyone safe by maintaining a1-2m distance, wearing a face mask, sanitising their hands before entering the shop or the tasting room, and being respectful to staff and other customers.

To avoid crowding during busy periods, we will monitor the number of customers in the shop, and during theses times you may be asked to wait outside the shop until it's safe to enter.

TASTING ROOM

The Tasting Room is currently only offering takeout food and drink, however customers are more than welcome to eat in our outdoor covered seating area. Once again we ask that customers adhere to the government rules around wearing a mask, social distancing and “If you are eating or drinking outdoors, you can do so with one other household or in a group of up to six people from different households.”

The Tasting Room is open Monday - Saturday 8.30am - 3.30pm for hot and cold food (open up to 4.00pm for cold food) and Sunday 10.00am - 3.30pm for hot and cold food (open up to 4.00pm for cold food)

SHOP

The shop is open as normal and we are continuing to provide a collection and delivery service:

Payment will be taken over the phone
PLEASE pick up your order before 4pm at the Tea Room, or between 4pm - 6pm in the shop
